The HTC Touch Diamond (unlocked) sure is one bad phone. With 2.8" VGA display, WiFi, Bluetooth, 4GB internal flash, 528 MHz CPU and 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus, it sure is a worthy adversary against other phones in the market. I'm actually selling one of these bad boys and I took a look at it. You can practically record over 2 hours of high quality video with the 4GB of internal memory, not to mention that you can also use a micro SD card of up to 8 GB.
