Femi Kuti On tour!!!



I was just surfing online when I realized that Femi Kuti, son of the late great Femi Kuto is on tour in the Northeast US, South US and Canada. I love his work along with Fela's music which is still very popular today. He is also doing his part in spreading afro beat music, for which he's won a number of awards

I am still looking at tickets, as I would love to see him in concert.

Something some people might now know is that Femi Kuti's voice is featured in the videogame Grand Theft Auto IV, where he is the host of radio station IF 99 (International Funk 99, described as "playing a great selection of classics from West Africa, the US and elsewhere").

Jamie Foxx Intuition listen here!!!


In my opinion, and I quote from the man Eric Marlon Joseph aka Jamie Foxx himself, "this is truly one of my best albums". . His third album Intuition  was release December 16, 2008. If you're really into R&B, you gotta add this to your collection.

P.S., listen to the whole album. If you're just hanging out on the net, let the whole thing play. Again I say, LISTEN to the whole thing.

My personal favorites are Track #5 is my favorite: Blame It ft T pain ( it's a instant banger), Number 1 ft Lil Wayne is another good one, and Why. Track #9: Weekend Lover is definitely a song one can freak too ( only PG on this site, you have to listen to it to know what I mean). Mr. Foxx came back strong on this one, Ladies, Mr Foxx; Mr Foxx, Ladies.

9ja TV shows: Super Story

What a wonder it is in this age where just about any show that you can think about is on the internet.

Sha, one of the best shows I can remember apart from Papa Ajasco and the rest of them is Super Story. It was one of those shows that really teaches life lessons and is entertaining at the same time. I'm sure that anyone that has watched Super Story can remember the ever popular name 'Suara' from the series

What would happen if the Iphone and Palm Treo 800W had a baby?














The HTC Touch Diamond (unlocked) sure is one bad phone. With 2.8" VGA display, WiFi, Bluetooth, 4GB internal flash, 528 MHz CPU and 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus, it sure is a worthy adversary against other phones in the market. I'm actually selling one of these bad boys and I took a look at it. You can practically record over 2 hours of high quality video with the 4GB of internal memory, not to mention that you can also use a micro SD card of up to 8 GB. Thank you, from the makers of the Google G1 Android ( aka HTC Dream)

Luxury phones; Motorola Aura

Cool looking phone, huh?

The Motorola AURA is the latest (that I know of) luxury phone that was released in the last quarter of 2008. I think it is along the list of the Nokia Vertu. It has all the basic call features you can find on any other regular phone i.e. receive calls, make them, text messages, and oh, 2 GB of internal memory.




The AURA costs $2,000 and will start shipping on December 4th. In the meantime, Motorola has started accepting pre-orders.
